Tools for Promoting Science and Math to Underrepresented, First-Generation and Low-Income Students

If you have any interest in bringing science to the public, and engaging students in math and science to encourage them to pursue these fields, you should join us on Friday for Oakton College’s Conference for Promoting Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. I will be joining some really great people to discuss some nice ways of using research and mentoring to engage students (of all ages)in science. Check it out. It’s early, but it will be informative and fun, they always have great ideas. And they always have good bagels.
